Shipping policy

Our orders will be processed within 2 business days of being received. Items are delivered between 2-5 business days.

We currently ONLY ship within metropolitan Melbourne, at a flat rate of $8.95. For orders $70 and over we offer complimentary shipping.

Please not for any orders with refrigerated items, an additional cost of $4.00 will be applied to be able to provide a cooler box and ice pack in your delivery to prevent spoilage. 

For pick ups, you will be emailed when your order is ready to be picked up. Please bring along order confirmation and ID to be able to pick up your order. 

All orders shipped out are left in front of door or somewhere deemed safe, therefore no signature is required. If you have any issues with this please let us know prior to placing an order.
