Ingredients: potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda, psyllium husk fibre.
Allergen: Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts and soy.
To Replace One Egg: Combine 10g Egg Replacer Powder with 30ml water. Mix well and let sit for 1 minute to thicken.
To Replace One Egg White: Combine 5g Egg Replacer Powder with 30ml water.
To Replace One Egg Yolk: Combine 5g Egg Replacer Powder with 15ml water.
Note: Cannot be used to replace whipped egg whites.
