
Our Ashed Chevre takes inspiration from French goat cheeses, it is fermented and hand rolled in Activated charcoal ash and then aged for 3 weeks. Its typical flavour is derived from 14 different plants mixed together to evoque the unmistakable taste of goat cheese. Goes incredibly well in a mixed salad with pear, fresh black pepper and drizzle of brown rice syrup, or simply with whole grain crackers and red grapes.
