It is high in calcium, magnesium and potassium; contains dietary fibre, no cholesterol, low in fat and carbohydrates to support good health, and is one of the few vegetarian sources of vitamin B12, an important vitamin for nervous system health.
TVP/soy granules are similar in texture and an ideal substitute for meat mince due to their long shelf life and nutrient value.
